General Returns

Returns can only be requested after the order is delivered and only for orders above $10. Some items may be non-returnable based on supplier rules — contact us to confirm eligibility before returning.

Hygiene & Single-Use Items (Final Sale)

The following item types are final sale and cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene or single-use reasons:

  • Disposable face towels
  • Natural loofah pads
  • Bamboo cotton buds
  • Bamboo toothbrushes
  • Scrub sponges
  • Laundry sheets
  • Compostable food containers
  • Bamboo cocktail forks
  • Palm leaf dinnerware

Damaged or Defective Items (All Products)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A short video showing the damage and how it arrived

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
